• Coaching is a partnership focusing on Members' personal and professional development goals. It is designed to maximize the Member's potential.
• Coaches adhere to the ethics and standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Use of the Service

• The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
• Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Unauthorized use of the Service is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Service is the property of VPX or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Coach-Member Relationship

• Coaches are not licensed mental health professionals. Coaching does not replace professional mental health care.
• Members are responsible for their decisions and results from the coaching relationship.
• Participation in coaching services can be terminated at any time by the Member.

Scope of Services

• Coaching services focus on areas and goals described in the VPX coaching program.
• Services are provided through virtual meetings, phone calls, and/or other digital platforms.

Confidentiality

• Information shared in coaching is confidential within the bounds of the ICF Code of Ethics.
• Exceptions include required disclosure by law or risk of harm.

User Conduct

• Users must not engage in unlawful activities or violate others' rights.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Members must adhere to the cancellation policy for coaching sessions.

Liability

• VPX Coaches do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching sessions. Liability is limited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Privacy Policy

• We collect information provided by users to improve our services and communication.
• Personal information is not shared with third parties except as necessary or required by law.
• We implement measures to protect user information.
